1. General Terms
- Lodgiko.com (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers guided tours, transportation, and travel-related services in Azerbaijan.
- Our tour guides speak Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Urdu, Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
- By booking with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made through Lodgiko.com or authorized third-party platforms.
- Full payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
- Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier updates.
- Additional charges, such as foreign transaction fees, may apply, and are the responsibility of the traveler.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour.
- 50% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance and depends on availability.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.
- Travelers must follow local laws in Azerbaijan.
- Lodgiko.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during tours.
5. Health, Safety & Liability
- Travelers must be in good health and physically fit for tour activities.
- We do not provide travel insurance—we recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.
- Lodgiko.com is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur during the tour.
- Travelers must follow the guide’s instructions for safety. We reserve the right to remove any traveler who behaves disruptively, without a refund.
6. Force Majeure
- Lodgiko.com is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or transportation issues.
- We will attempt to reschedule or offer a refund where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Lodgiko.com and its partners are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage during the tour, or for third-party service provider issues (hotels, airlines, etc.).
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
8. Photography & Marketing
- Lodgiko.com may take photos or videos during tours for marketing purposes.
- If you do not wish to be featured, please inform our team before the tour.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by international travel laws and Azerbaijani laws.
- Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation, and if needed, through the courts of Azerbaijan.
