✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to manufacturing defects or transit issues are eligible for replacement

- Customized or bulk-made products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
🔄 Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the issue are required for verification
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- Hospitality Touch is not responsible for lost return shipments
💳 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
